We received the invitations and the are absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for all of your help. I was wondering how many sheets of our paper you have left. I was thinking about purchasing the rest of them for the rest of our thank you cards. Can you explain to me how I should rip the paper to make thank yous fit into the small envelopes. I want to thank you for doing what you do! I'm not sure I can cover all of the kudos due you in one letter but I'll try:
Lori's paper is gorgeous! We got compliments from many of our guests - even bachelor types whom I wouldn't imagine even noticing... It was a pleasure for both of us to send out such high quality and aesthetic invitations and announcements to our friends and relatives. And, judging from the responses we got, they were a pleasure to receive.
Your customer service is just awesome! We wanted some custom sizing on the vellum and I also had some nit-picky requests that Kevin just simply handled. We got exactly what we wanted, delivered exactly when and as promised. Kevin's availability and ability to communicate made it a delight to work with him. I never had to wait or wonder and never once felt like I didn't know what was going on. (This is important - "nervosa bridal" can get pretty bad sometimes!)
Another major plus-point is that your website is not only beautiful to look at, but really well designed and very easy to use. As I am not local to you in Seattle, but rather an Internet customer based in Los Angeles, I want all of your customers to know that working with you at a distance and using the Internet to do business with you could not have been easier! Your work and products are even better than as represented!
You are very highly recommended in my book and I hope you are flooded with as much business as you want! Your products are art in the purest sense and they create joy in those who receive them - I think spreading that around is a pretty good thing!

Kevin - My package arrived today and I was able to get half of my invitations done this evening.The directions you included were easy to follow and the results are everything I was hoping they would be. In fact, when I told my mother and future mother-in-law how wonderful the invitations and announcements were turning out they want to add to the list of people they would like to receive announcements.
I would like you to send the materials to make 50 more cards. I would need the handmade paper, vellum and fern. These won't have to be mailed out until the day of the wedding, so UPS ground service will be fine. Please charge it to the master card I used for the first order.
I would like to thank you for the quick service and care you took preparing the package for me. I will be sure to tell anyone I know looking for invitations and handmade paper about your web site.
