Accommodation Card - Recycled Paper

The purpose of a wedding accommodation card is to provide your out of town guests with a selection of hotels in a range of prices. These cards often contain information on bridal party group rates if you have made arrangements with your local hotels. You can cut printing costs and paper usage if you can combine this card with your direction/map card. This card is an appropriate place to include information on local activities if you anticipate your guests will have time to soak in the local culture.

This nonrefundable print setup fee will cover multiple draft copies of your custom text or art placement on one surface of our many custom products.

Once you submit your text a proof will be generated within 72 hours for review. You will be asked to review and approve your proof prior to printing. Here's an example of our proofing pages: Your Proofs. Your order will ship one week from the day you approve your proofs.

Included in this $30 purchase is one print round of proofs which will be printed on a similar paper surface to your custom product purchase, then scanned and provided electronically in either .JPG (image) or .PDF (image) form. Should you require changes after seeing your initial proof, a second proof will be provided and covered by this $30 fee. After the second proof additional changes can be viewed for $15 per iteration.
Once your proof has been approved no further changes are possible.

Although we’ve reserved the Space Needle Suites for Friday and Saturday evenings, not all guests will fit! There are, however, plenty of great places to stay in and around that area. Here is our short list:

The Seattle Center, https://www.seattlecenter.com/, 802-464-2131. A family-friendly, affordable motel with a swimming pool. Three minute walk from the Space Needle.

Queen Anne Inn, https://www.queenanneinn.com/, 800-993-3379. Rooms and rates similar to the Seattle Center, about 6 minutes from the Space Needle. A quiet bed and breakfast with great scenery.

The West View Suites, https://www.westviewsuites.com/, 802-464-5207. A kid friendly spot, with a romantic atmosphere. Also 6 minutes from the Spaced Needle.
